This EPDM-based sealing strip is intended for use along window and door frame gaps ranging from approximately 0.32 cm to 0.56 cm (5–7 mm). It is produced using evenly foamed EPDM material with a structured backing layer that supports placement along sliding and fixed frame surfaces. The strip is supplied in roll format with each segment measuring about 400 cm in length and divided into two equal parts depending on packaging configuration. It is commonly applied along sliding windows, security doors, and cabinet edges where narrow spacing exists between moving components and fixed frames. The material has a flexible and resilient structure that returns to its original form after compression during repeated opening and closing movements. The backing layer is designed for direct application onto cleaned and dry surfaces such as wood, aluminum, and plastic frames. Once positioned, it follows the contour of the frame edge and remains in place during normal indoor usage cycles. It is also used in closet doors and threshold areas where small air passages occur between connected surfaces. The strip can be cut into required lengths and adjusted for different installation layouts. It is suitable for interior environments where frame joints require reduced air exchange and limited dust entry through narrow openings. The material maintains consistent contact along frame lines and supports reduced vibration transfer between moving and fixed parts.
