Gapfixseal supplies household door sealing and gap sealing products intended for general home use. Product images displayed on this website are original materials or lawfully sourced media. Minor differences in colour, packaging, or appearance may occur due to lighting, monitor settings, or manufacturing updates. - Orders

We reserve the right to decline or cancel orders where necessary, including situations involving inaccurate pricing, suspected misuse of the website, or unavailable stock. All prices displayed on the website are shown in the applicable checkout currency For orders shipped to the EU and UK, Gapfixseal operates on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis. The price shown at checkout includes all applicable VAT and import duties. Customers will not be responsible for additional customs charges upon delivery. - Shipping & Delivery 🚚

For customers located in the European Economic Area (EEA), you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days after receiving the goods without giving any reason.

Condition: Returned items must be unused and in their original packaging/reasonable condition.
Return Shipping Costs: Unless the product is defective or incorrectly described, the direct cost of returning the goods shall be borne by the customer.
Damaged/Defective Goods: If products arrive damaged, please contact us within 14 days with photographic evidence. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund.

Once your return is received or a refund is approved due to damage, we will process the credit to your original payment method.
