1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are prepared and dispatched from our facility in New Zealand during standard business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).

Once an order has been processed, customers will receive an email notification confirming dispatch and shipment details.

2. International Shipping

We deliver orders to customers across Europe using internationally recognised carriers including DHL, FedEx, and UPS (Priority services).

Transit time: approximately 5–10 business days after dispatch

Delivery times may vary depending on destination, customs procedures, and local courier operations in the receiving country.

3. Shipment Tracking

Tracking information is provided once the order is handed over to the carrier. Customers will receive automatic email updates at key stages, including:

Arrival at transit hubs
Out for local delivery
Final delivery confirmation

Tracking availability and update frequency depend on the logistics provider’s system.

4. All-Inclusive Tax and Duty (DDP):

For our European customers, we provide a seamless shopping experience. All orders are shipped on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis. This means Gapfixseal handles all customs clearance and pre-pays all applicable VAT and import duties. You will not be charged any additional fees upon delivery.

5. Delivery Time Variations

While we work with established logistics providers, delivery times may occasionally be affected by factors such as customs inspections, public holidays, or carrier operational delays.

If a shipment exceeds the expected delivery timeframe, we may initiate an investigation with the carrier. Based on the outcome, appropriate resolution options such as replacement or refund may be considered.

6. Undelivered or Lost Shipments

In cases where tracking indicates abnormal transit progress or a shipment is not delivered within a reasonable timeframe, an investigation will be carried out with the shipping carrier. Resolution will depend on the findings of the carrier’s report and logistics status.
